SHA is the result of our journey over the past 20 years in the world of Customer Experience – Contact Centers, helping companies and customers conduct their interactions on a daily basis. We develop software widgets for unique customer interactions in the digital space, boosting customer and user skills to accelerate information gathering and problem solving.

SHA was founded by José Luis Caaveiro and Marcelino Otero López after intense careers in international business.
